With 30 years of hands-on experience working alongside business leaders, Tana also brings advanced academic and professional credentials. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices from Royal Roads University, a program that emphasizes Indigenous knowledge, decolonization, and reconciliation as outlined by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. She is also a Certified Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
