By blending business and psychology, we uncover the root causes behind inefficiencies, misaligned roles, and strained team dynamics. Then, we co-create scalable solutions that align people, processes, and performance.

​​​​​​​With 30 years of hands-on experience working alongside business leaders, Tana also brings advanced academic and professional credentials. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices from Royal Roads University, a program that emphasizes Indigenous knowledge, decolonization, and reconciliation as outlined by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. She is also a Certified Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).

These tools allow Tana to reframe conflict, shift perspectives, and help people find common ground. The result? Human-centered solutions to systemic problems.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"How do I know if coaching is right for me?"
Coaching is most effective for people who are ready to take action. If you're willing to be honest about what's not working, open to trying new approaches, and committed to implementing what we discuss—coaching will accelerate your results. We recommend you review our Code of Honour before reaching out.
"What's the difference between coaching and consulting?"
Consultants typically tell you what to do. Coaches help you figure out what to do and support you in doing it. My approach blends both—I'll share expertise and frameworks when needed, but the goal is always to build your capacity to lead and solve problems independently.
"Do you work with people in my industry?"
I've worked with leaders across industries—industrial companies, service-based businesses, nonprofits, healthcare, manufacturing, and more. The principles of effective leadership and business systems are universal. What matters more than industry is whether we're a good fit personally and professionally. That's what the discovery call is for.
"How long do most clients work with you?"
It varies. Some clients work with me for 6–12 months to navigate a specific transition or challenge. Others stay for years because they value having a trusted advisor as they grow. There's no minimum commitment—we work together as long as it's valuable.
"What if I need to pause coaching?"
Life and business are unpredictable. If you need to pause for a month (or longer), just let me know. There are no penalties or obligations. When you're ready to resume, we pick up where we left off.
"Do you offer group coaching?"
Currently, VIP Coaching is 1:1 only. However, I do offer team facilitation for groups. If you're interested in bringing coaching to your leadership team, let's talk about what that could look like.

VIP Coaching is a partnership built on trust and results. That's why we don't lock you into long-term contracts or require prepayment for months in advance. You pay month-to-month. If at any point the coaching isn't delivering value, you can pause or end the engagement—no penalties, no questions asked.

Why? Because coaching only works when you're committed and when it's actually helping. If you're not seeing results or if the timing isn't right, I'd rather you save your money than continue out of obligation.
