You've built something real. Perhaps you’re leading a team, starting your own venture, or managing more complexity and making decisions that matter. But leadership can feel isolating—especially when you're the one everyone turns to for answers.
If you're like most business owners and executives we work with, you may be experiencing...
Our facilitation style is not traditional coaching. It’s systemic, pragmatic, and designed for lasting impact. We don’t just advise from the sidelines; we work alongside you with the tools and frameworks needed to solve real business challenges as they happen.
By blending business and psychology, we uncover the root causes behind inefficiencies, misaligned roles, and strained team dynamics. Then, we co-create scalable solutions that align people, processes, and performance.
With 30 years of hands-on experience working alongside business leaders, Tana also brings advanced academic and professional credentials. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices from Royal Roads University, a program that emphasizes Indigenous knowledge, decolonization, and reconciliation as outlined by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. She is also a Certified Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
These tools allow Tana to reframe conflict, shift perspectives, and help people find common ground. The result? Human-centered solutions to systemic problems.
Coaching is a partnership. While I bring 30 years of experience, proven frameworks, and personalized guidance, your results depend on your commitment, effort, and willingness to implement what we discuss.
I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or team performance improvements. What I can promise is that if you show up, engage honestly, and take action, you will gain clarity, make better decisions, and build the capacity to lead more effectively.
Every business and leader is different. Your results will vary based on your unique circumstances, industry, team dynamics, and the challenges you're navigating.
