Tana Plewes, MA, is a systems thinker and a bold leader in business transformation. As the founder of the Discovery Centre, she helps business owners escape the self-employment trap. Her focus is on scaling sustainable enterprises and sharing generational wisdom — not just assets.
Tana's career spans over two decades in marine operations, economic development, and organisational change. She's worked on the front lines of industrial collapse, policy reform, and culture renewal. Notable projects include managing a multi-year economic transition during the decline of the Pacific salmon industry and co-leading the change at Canada’s largest commercial fishing harbour.
Today, she equips founders with the tools, systems, and human-centred frameworks to build high-performance businesses that grow alongside their people.

In other words, we're here to support you in laying a strong foundation and navigating those personal and operational challenges as you grow.

How long does it take to implement systems?
