Tana Plewes
MA, Author, Systems Analyst & Founder
Tana is a business transformation strategist with roots in family business, marine operations, and community economic development. She brings over 30 years of experience helping leaders build resilient, people-powered enterprises. Tana is the creator of the Possibility Heatmap™, a 360-degree business diagnostic tool that reveals hidden performance gaps and shows business owners and what to focus on first. Her credentials reflect the depth of that work: a Master's Degree in Leadership and a Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices from Royal Roads University, grounded in Indigenous knowledge, decolonization, and reconciliation as outlined by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. She is also a Certified Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified Dreaming Room™ facilitator.
Hannah Chiste​​​​​​​
Operations Manager & Systems Architect
Hannah designs the digital infrastructure behind our Turnkey Systems engagements. From websites and CRM to automation and workflows, she translates business architecture into technology that actually works — bridging the gap between strategy and implementation. She holds a diploma in Renewable Resource Management and brings a background in web design, digital strategy, and copywriting. With 7 years of expertise in streamlining operations and optimizing workflows, Hannah empowers our clients to scale with confidence and clarity. 
Jemm Pedrajas
Documentation & Design Specialist

With a degree in Psychology and a deep passion for visual communication, Jemm brings both insight and design sensibility to every Business Blueprint deliverable. She translates complex ideas into clear, professionally branded assets — process maps, SOPs, decision trees, and operational documents that are as intuitive to use as they are to look at. She also manages client onboarding, making sure nothing falls through the cracks from the very first interaction. Since joining the team in 2024, she's become the engine behind many of our most visually impactful client deliverables — and the person who keeps every detail accounted for.
