My approach combines business with psychology to identify the root causes of inefficiencies, misaligned roles or strained team dynamics. Then, we create scalable, customized solutions that drive real results. These may include:

Learning & Development Programs to build strong leadership, improve team dynamics, and foster a thriving workplace culture.

In addition to 30 years of hands-on experience with business leaders, I recently completed additional training to sharpen my skills and lead complex projects more effectively.

This includes a Professional Certificate in Advanced Facilitation Practices from Royal Roads University, which focuses on Indigenous knowledge, decolonization, and reconciliation as outlined by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. 


I am also a Certified Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). With these tools, I'm able to reframe conflict, shift perspectives, and help people find common ground.
